REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
Before proceeding with the return of a product, you must request it through the Returns Portal. We will authorize the return and provide you with the return label.

PREPARE THE PRODUCT
Gather the product you received along with all its accessories in suitable packaging that prevents damage during transport. Include the shipping slip you received with your order so we can correctly identify the return, or at least a note indicating your order reference. This will help ensure your refund is processed without delays.
To facilitate returns and customs procedures, we will send you a shipping label for the return. You can take the package to a service point of the shipping company and drop it off at a time that is convenient for you.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once we receive the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and proceed to refund the amount of your order, deducting the cost of the return label. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the order was placed. For more information about our refund policy, we recommend carefully reading our terms and conditions.
If any additional costs have been incurred by Visual-Click, this amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the customer claims the amounts withheld as expenses caused by the return and Visual-Click ultimately has to pay these amounts, we reserve the right to reject future orders or reject certain payment methods.
