Is your payment page secure?
All data on Visual-Click is protected by SSL protocol. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology ensures the confidentiality of all data by encrypting communications. All payment transactions on Visual-Click take place in a secure environment provided by the payment gateways themselves. Your card details are processed exclusively on a secure server to which Visual-Click has no access. We use robust online payment solutions such as Shopify Payment.
Do you provide invoices for insurance or healthcare reimbursement?
Each shipment includes a delivery note with your order details. You can request the invoice by email if you don’t have access to it.
We don’t have agreements with insurance providers, but if you require modifications or additional details on your invoice, you can include your request in the Notes field when placing your order or send us an email.
